Delivery
Orders are processed asap usually the day after the order is placed. Standard orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class Postal Services. Some of our orders will require a signature upon delivery however anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods. You will need to collect orders from the local Post Office if no-one is available at delivery time to sign. The standard delivery charge for all orders is £6.00 and the delivery aim is1- 3 working days for all UK deliveries. Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day is available as a delivery option. This delivery is available to most of the UK with a delivery time of before 1pm but not before 9am.

Payment Problems
We now have a  page on the website if you have any problems with PayPal. It can be found on the top of the menu bar marked payment problems. if you are unable to process the sale please go to this page where you can make a direct payment to us. We will then trace back the payment to your order and process the order as normal.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your order as fast as we can and within 1 working day once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment. We normally are not able to process and send orders on the same day.

International delivery times vary when using our standard postage charge so please contact us before ordering if your package is urgent. Please email us if you require this service or if you require a time sensitive international delivery. You are responsible for full delivery costs involved including any import duties.

Payment options and security
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Solo and American Express. We require full payment for all purchase and transport costs before goods can be released. For your security stagandhenfancydresscostumes never handles your card details. All payments are done directly through PayPal secure epayments server. PayPal is designed to be one of the safest ways to send money online. Unlike other financial institutions, payments are sent without sharing financial information. In fact, PayPal never shares your financial information with or sells it to merchants. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Order Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from stagandhenfancydresscostumes for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number. If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

Please note as all t-shirts are printed personally for your group, t-shirt orders that have been printed prior to your cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you would like to return any order in part or full, stagandhenfancydresscostumes would be more than happy to return you the full amount of the costume cost (excluding shipping cost.); a refund will be issued back to you via paypal.

If an item is being returned for an exchange of size then we will happily change it for you with a cost of £5.00 re-send mail charge.

Returned goods must comply with the following rules
• Returns must be received by us within 7 days of you receiving the order.
• Costumes should be returned in original packaging, unworn and undamaged.
• Returns must be made via recorded delivery only.
• Due to personal hygiene Teeth, wigs, facial hair or tights cannot be returned.
• Please enclose your order number this can be found on your invoice if you do not have this number please enclose your name and address with the return.

Products ordered that are not available
If a Product that you have ordered is unavailable we will always contact you using the details provided by you. Please make sure that your correct contact details are given when placing your order, always try to put a landline number for urgent contact.

V.A.T.
The business is not currently registered for VAT and accordingly we are unable to provide a V.A.T receipt as this time.

Wholesale and trade purchases

We are happy to offer the following discounts, along with a one off shipping fee of £10  (2-4 days delivery time). Please email your order to sales@vassup.co.uk   and we will send you a revised invoice.

A discount of 10% on orders of  10 - 19 items. A discount of 20% on orders of  20 - 29 items.  A discount of 30% on orders of 30 or more.
